Common problems include : Key is not recognised , No communication with the EIS, No ignition on (Terminal 15) power , Engine does not turn off , Transmission Shifts to P (park) by itself at low speeds , The instrument cluster does not turn on and the engine can not be started.

The process for this service is as follows:

1. Remove your EIS and keys.

2. Checkout , pack your parts safely.

3. Receive a pre-paid shipping label to mail in your parts!

Once we receive your parts, we have a 3 step process to complete the service:

Part 1: Testing – We will perform a dynamic bench test designed to test the full functionality of your EIS and key(s); based on the results, if a fault is found,  we will contact you with repair or replacement options as needed. The testing option is required to confirm the the EIS is faulty, and evaluate if repairs can be made or EIS replacement is required. You will need to mail in your EIS and at least one key (if you’d like to confirm functionality with more than one key, mail all the other keys you have).

Part 2: We will contact you with the testing results and provide a quote for required repairs / EIS replacement

Pricing:

Repair (if possible) : $500.00-$800.00

Remanufactured EIS, fully programmed and coded, plug and play : $1,500.00 - $2,500.00

Repair / Replacement cost is in addition to the $250.00 testing fee.

Part 3: We will complete the work and ship your parts back. Everything is plug and play - no additional coding / programming is required.
