NOTE: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE IF YOUR ESM WAS OPENED / TAMPERED WITH / HAD A PREVIOUS REPAIR ATTEMPT. - If that is the case, you need to purchase a replacement assembly : W220 , W215 , R230

How does this work?

For repair service: Mail in your original ESM assembly with a description of the faults and a copy of your order information. ESM will be repaired, tested and sent back to you in a plug and play configuration.

For programming: Mail in your original ESM, Donor ESM, EIS and key. Donor ESM will be programmed , tested and sent back to you in a plug and play configuration.

• You are responsible for inbound shipping (to our lab).
