1. Select one of the following options:  

  1. Testing – We will perform a dynamic bench test designed to test the full functionality of your EIS and key(s); based on the results, if a fault is found,  we will contact you with repair or replacement options as needed. The testing option is suitable if you are not sure your EIS is faulty. You will need to mail in your EIS and at least one key (if you’d like to confirm functionality with more than one key, mail all the other keys you have).
  2. Repair - Repair service for the following problems : no ignition power (terminal 15),  no communication, no IR / Coil activity (Can not read info / password by IR) , no key recognition. NOTE: Repair is not always possible, sometimes, the EIS must be replaced, if that is the case, you will be notified.
  3. Replacement - A remanufactured EIS, fully programmed and coded - ready to be installed.
